**THE RFP PROCESS IS NOW CLOSED FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS**
On behalf of the PVD Tree Plan steering committee, The Nature Conservancy in Rhode Island is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist in collaboratively developing a strategic, comprehensive and equity-focused master plan for Providence, Rhode Island’s urban forest.
The two requests for proposal, for Equity and Community Engagement Consultants and for an Urban Forest Planning Consultant, as well as all all supporting materials/addenda are linked below.
We have extended the deadline to respond to the RFP because we have added an important clarifying point about our budget to the Q&A. The full updated Q&A is below.
All bids are due via email by 5:00pm on Friday, February 28, 2020. Award announcements will be made by April 3, 2020.
