All the basics on how to organize and submit a successful Neighborhood Planting Application. (Make sure you have read all of the information here before you submit!) We are also always happy to walk through a potential application with you, especially if you are a first-time Tree Leader. Please get in touch with any questions!

 


RESIDENT “Why Trees?” PAMPHLET:

Give these flyers out to residents while you are surveying planting sites in your neighborhood so they can learn more about the benefits of urban street trees! Write your name and contact info/address on the flyers so that residents can get back in touch with you if they would like a tree.

*Print (B&W or Color) double sided (select “bind” or “flip” on short edge), and fold.

This is an info sheet to help you address some of the most common concerns & questions residents have about trees, as you are recruiting planting participants.

 


TREE CONTRACTS:

The Tree Contracts are what you will print out and distribute to your neighbors, for them to fill out if they would like to participate and receive a free tree. You will then submit the completed Tree Contracts to us as part of your application.

We prefer online applications, but if you’re unable to complete an online application you can also print and complete the PDF above. To submit a hard copy application, mail the completed forms (including all the signed Tree Contracts) to: PNPP – PO Box 5897, Providence RI 02903, postmarked by July 15. (Please don’t drop off the forms at our Olneyville office–if you need to drop your application off in person, let us know!)
